The regional
health administration of Vinnitsa is a managing structure of
the regional state authority and carries out state policy in the field
of health in the area.
The working establishments of health
system has: 145 ambulance stations and polyclinics, 117 hospitals.
There are 5 specialized hospitals,
17 city hospitals, 1 regional ones, 27 central district hospitals, 4
children's city and regional hospitals, 47 village local ones and 3 regional
psychiatric hospitals, 14 health centers, 2 maternity centers.
The medical establishments of regional
submission are financed by the regional budget, and city (district) ones
financed by the local ones.
Among a plenty of problems, which
today should be decided in public health services, the administration is
interested in cooperation with the colleagues the following questions:

development in the field of the medical
help on a family medicine principle;
-
state accreditation of medical establishments
of various patterns of ownership and departmental submission;
-
dynamics of a condition of the health
children, teenagers and adult, who living at the region which is rather
polluted after accident on the atomic power stations. Problems of their
recovery.
