The history of the Vinnitsa Internet
development starts in 1995, after creation the Internet node at the scientific-industrial
company "Inter byte".
Amoung the first organizations which
were registrated as Internet users was Vinnitsa Region Mental hospital
N2, and at he same year the hospital direction decided to create a hospital
home page.
This idea was realized in 1996, during
creation of the Internet center of Vinnitsa State Technical University.
All the year the hospital administration
made every effort to provied the Internet means in medical- preventive
institutions. And as the result of this activity in 1997 appears the server
www.rhc.vinnica.ua, where the information about same hospitals was
presented at the special site.
