1.1. The Society of the users Internet in medical establishments is a voluntary public organization, which unites citizens of Ukraine and also citizens of other states, whose activity is directed on the raise of the scientific and professional level of experts.

1.2. The Society can enter international organizations, support direct international contacts and connections, take part in meetings, which do not contradict the laws of Ukraine and answer the purposes and tasks of the Society.

1.3. The Society performs the activity at the territory of Ukraine.

1.4. The juridical address of the Society: Lev Tolstoy street 11, Vinnitsa, Ukraine.

2.1. The basic purpose of the Society is the realization of advice, theoretical and practical occupations permitting to study use of the Internet resources; rendering assistance on experience exchange with western colleagues in deriving necessary information and allotment of outcomes of scientific researches; realization of telesessions of computer connections with the foreign experts; knowing new achievements in the field of development of the medical information structures in Ukraine and abroad; creation and distribution of printed production of Internet.

2.2. Establishment and development of scientific information and other connections with various organizations.

2.3. Contributing to development of modern directions of vocational training.

2.4 For realization of the purposes and the tasks of the Charter of the Society in the law established order:

- supports organizational by methodically and technically other groups of citizens;

- receives from establishments, organizations and private-practicing experts the information necessary for performing of the purposes;

- carries out distribution of information materials about scientific activity of medical establishments, advocates the ideas, purposes and tasks;

- fulfills public expert-consulting activity on problems, which are included into the competence of the Society;

- organizes conferences and teleconferences (computer conferences) with involvement of the home and foreign experts.

3.1. The members of the Society can be the experts of medical establishments, who reside in the territory of Ukraine recognizing the Charter of the Society and taking involvement in its activity;

3.2. Besides, the members of the Society can be the experts of other establishments or fields of knowledge: the psychologists, sociologists, philosophers, lawyers etc., living on territory of other countries, who are interested in problems of scientific and information development of medical establishments.

3.3. The reception to the members of the Society is carried out after filling in the application form.
